Edna B. Summers, 68, of Fairmont, died Tuesday evening (November 9, 1971) at the
Fairmont General Hospital.

She was born April 6, 1903, in Grafton, the daughter of the late James M. and
Blanch E. Summers.

She was very active in the Baptist Temple in East Fairmont. At the time of death
she was art director for Marion County Schools. She was a teacher for about 40
years in Marion County.

She is survived by two sisters, Myra Morris of Columbus, Ohio, and Mrs. Eva
Barnes of Fairmont; and two brothers, James of Columbus and Samuel R. of Westover.

Friends will be received at the Ford Funeral Home in East Fairmont. Services
will be 2 p.m. Friday in the Baptist Temple. Burial will follow in the Maple
Grove Cemetery in East Fairmont.
