SON(S):  Dr. J. J. Jenkins, Jr. of Fairmont; and Etly P. Jenkins of Morgantown. 
         Two sons are deceased.
SISTER(S):  Two sisters are deceased.
BROTHER(S): One brother is deceased. 
GRANDCHILDREN:  Five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren survive.
FUNERAL HOME:  Lazear and Dent Funeral Home in Farmington
BURIAL LOCATION:  Mt. Calvary Cemetery near Morgantown
OTHER INFORMATION: She was a member of the Main Stret United Methodist Church 
                   in Farmington; member of the Farmington Homemakers Club; 
                   and an active member of the Auxiliary to the 
                   Marion County Medical Society.
