Michael Fisher, Adam Fisher, William Flesher & John Hawkins complains of James Murray For that where as the plantiffs heretofore to __?wit on the 1st day of September 1854 in the County aforesaid was ?possesed in few Simsle? of a certain ?c___ containing one Hundred acres of Land with its ____ situated in the said County of Lewis on the Laurel fork of the Sand fork of the Little Kanawha River and bounded as follows..(description)..and the said plantiff being so possesed thereof as aforesaid the said James Murray afterwards to wit on the 2nd day of September 1854 entered into the said premises and unlawfully with holds from the plantiffs the possession thereof to the damage of the plantiffs __Hundred dollars. For that whereas also the said Michael Fisher heretofore to wit on the 3rd day September 1854 in the said county of Lewis was possesed in few simple of a certain tract of land containing 100 acres with its assertenances? situated in the said County of Lewis on the Laurel Fork of Sand Fork of the little Kanawha River and bounded as follows- (description of land)...and the said Michael Fisher being so possed as aforesaid the said James Murray afterwards to wit on the 4th day of September 1854 entered into the said premises and unlawfully withholds from the said Michael Fisher the possession thereof to the damage of the said Michael Fisher....For that whereas also the said Adam Fisher heretofore to wit on the 5th day of September 1854 in the County aforesaid was possesed in few simple of a certain ____ containing 100 acres of said with its ass_____situate in the County of Lewis on the Laurel fork of the Sand Foek of the little Kanawha River and bounds as follows..(description of land)...
