NOVEMBER 10, 1800
JOSIAS LAMBERT
JOSEPH ADAMS
This Indenture made the tenth day of November in the year of
one thousand eight hundred between JOSIAS LAMBERT AND JOHANNA
his wife of the County of Harrison and State of Virginia of
the one part and Joseph Adams of the County and State aforesaid
of the other part Witnesseth that they the said JOSIAS LAMBERT
AND JOHANNA HIS WIFE for and in consideration of the same have
Granted, bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm
unto the said Joseph Adams  a certain tract or parcel of Land
lying in the county and State aforesaid being part of a Tract
of Six Hundred Acres formerly Granted to John Powers and Bounded
as followeth (To Wit) Beginning ... Containing one hundred and
fifty three Acres Together with all its Appurtenances to Have and
To Hold the said one hundred and fifty three Acres of Land with
its Appurtenances to the said Joseph Adams and his heirs and
assigns to the ___ and behoof of him the said Joseph Adams and
his heirs do covenant with the said Joseph Adams and his heirs
that they the said JOSIAS LAMBERT AND JOHANNA HIS WIFE and their
heirs the said one hundred and fifty three Acres of Land With its
Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Adams his heirs and assigns
against all persons Whatsoever Will forever Warrint and ______
In Witness Whereof they the said JOSIAS LAMBERT AND JOHANNA HIS
WIFE have hereunto set their names and affixed their seals the
day and year first above Written
