Schiffer of Menasha Dead Menasha, Wis., April 12- Hubbard Schiffer, aged seventy-one, died at his home on Second street yesterday, from the effects of a tumor. Mr. Schiffer has been ailing for about a month, and for the last week he was not expected to live from one day to the next. He was one of Menasha's oldest inhabitants, and his life was one of continuous joy to his friends as well as his family. The deceased leaves a wife and a large family to mourn his death.
