Oshkosh, Northwestern
Pioneer Oshkosh former resident, Stephan Radford was very responsible for some 
of the building and development of Oshkosh has passed away in California. He 
was also part of the original company Radford's. He had two children from his 
first marriage to Anna Heppingstall, Florence and Walter Radford the latter 
deceased. His second marriage to Miss Mary Ruby who survives and they had 
eight children Charles, Ida, Anna , Alice, Edith, Jennie, Nellie, Daisy.The 
body was returned to Oshkosh for burial in Riverside Cemetery.
