DIED

At Emerald Grove, Rock county, Wis., on Monday morning, August 14th, Mrs.
F. Augusta, wife of H. C. Johnson, aged 18 years. Also on Tuesday evening,
Aug 15th, Mrs. R. Maria, wife of J. B. Tracy, aged 19 years.

The above were daughters of A. S. Wood, formerly of Lyme, N. H. They were
called to their eternal rest after a short and severe sickness, but they
yielded up their lives with cheerfulness and Christian hope to him who gave
it. Our loss is their great gain. Editors of Vermont and New Hampshire
papers please notice.
