Know all men by these presents, that I, WILLIAM J. MITCHELL of Iowa County, WI, assignee of THOMAS W. MITCHELL, do hereby acknowledge satisfaction and payment in full of a certain mortgage bearing date the 10th day of November, 1858 executed by Thomas Priestly to THOMAS WARD MITCHELL and duly assigned by said THOMAS W. MITCHELL to me, the said WILLIAM J. MITCHELL, to which said mortgage was duly recorded in the office of Register of Deeds of the County of Iowa in the state of Wisconsin on the 11th day of November 1868, at 9 o’clock am in Volume 9 of Mortgages on page 347, and do hereby release the same and all my rights, title, and interest in and to the premises therein described, and the Register of said county is hereby authorized to enter this satisfaction of record, dated Mineral Point, this 28th day of August 1866, in presence of George Henry, _. _.
