Hurd, of the city of Eau Claire, county of Eau Claire, and state of Wisconsin, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all, former wills, bequests and devises by me made. First. It is my will, and I hereby direct, that all my just debts, funeral expenses and all charges be paid out of my personal property that I may have at my decease, other than the household property situate in the dwelling house, now occupied by me as a residence. Second. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Mrs. Edna C. Buck of Eau Claire, Eauclaire County, Wisconsin Lot number three (3 in Block number eleven (11) of the Eau Claire Lumber Companies' enlarged fourth (4) addition, to the city of Eau Claire Wisconsin, together, with the dwelling house situated thereon and all the household furniture contained therein of and for her proper use and benefit forever Subject however to the mortgage and all encumbrances on said premises. Third. I give and bequeath to mybeloved sons Merritt S. Hurd and Albert S. Hurd, and my beloved daughter Edna C. Buck all other property both real and personal of which I may die possessed of, share and share alike. Fourth. The bequest heretofore made, in this my last will and testament to my daughter Edna C. Buck, of the house and lot where I now reside is in payment of advances made to me by my said daughter and her husband Geortge A. Buck and for care, attending and nursing of me, by said Edna C. Buck and George A. Buck, and it is to be understood that no bill shall be submitted by either my said daughter or her said husband George A. Buck, therefor, against my estate or executor thereof. Fifith. I do hereby constitute and appoint E. M. Bartlett of Eau Claire, Wisconsin executor of this my last will and testament, and I do hereby authorize and empower my said executor to settle and compound any and all claims and demands in favor of or against my said estate.
