LaCamas Post July 11, 1908
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Elmer Allison by the local Justice 
Court yesterday.The charge was assault.Constable Warren went to Fisher 
yesterday morning to get the man but he has boarded the train and come to town 
while the officer was on the road.It is supposed that he learned of the 
proceedings for the immediately disappeared.On Thursday evening it is charged 
that Allison assaulted a fellow laborer without provocation.It is reported 
that Cole's nose was broken and he was otherwise seriously bruised.
