25 August 1881
	Reuben Bare¹s heirs to A. L. Nilson of Lexington.  Isaac Bare
and Nancy his wife, Adam Bare and Dolly his wife, Elizabeth
Armentrout, Richard Bryant and Sarah his wife, Joseph Falls and
Hannah his wife, George Bare and Amanda his wife, and Jacob Neff and
Edmonia his wife sold for $3000.00, land 3 1/2 miles Southwest of
Lexington, 290 acres more or less. 
	All signed except Elizabeth Armentrout and Richard Bryand who
made an x as their mark.

County, VA to Joseph F. Tolley.  for $1,365.00, 25 1/4 acres, tract
conveyed to John M. Ramsey by Joseph F. Shaner & others 24 Jul 1873,
10 1/2 miles north of Lexington, adjoining Doct. A. Layburn's 
heirs, Col. Cameron's heirs.
