H. Ford, a tract  of property on Colliers Creek.

	10 Jun 1873, Joseph F. Tolley and Lizza his wife to John J.
Shaner, 12 Acres for $800.00.  Joseph and Lizza give right of way
through their land, road is to be kept and gates closed.  Shaner has
right to get water from the spring.
