(Special to The Times-Dispatch.) SUFFOLK, VA., June 1.-As the result of an accident on May 10, when he was bruised internall by being thrown from a buggy, Frank E. Stallings, a justice of the peace at Buckhorn, Nansemond county, died early this morning, aged 50 years. Justice Stalling's horse became frightened at a pile driver, and he jump- ed to escape more serious damage. His wife, who was Miss Mittie Eley, of Suf- folk, preceded him to the grave.
