(Special Dispatch to The Times) SUFFOLK, VA., Oct 28.-John Walter Roberts, county treasurer, died this after- noon at his home, in Isle of Wight county, aged about seventy years. He had an arm shot off in the Civil War. He was one of seven brothers who fought for the Confederacy. None but him was wound- ed. Among those surviving is Postmaster Ben Roberts, of Windsor.
