Virginia Argus 01 Mar 1813
On Sunday, the 24th last month, the body of Mr. John Bibb, late of Charlotte 
county, in this state, was found near Lexington, Kentucky, cruelly murdered.  
The citizens of that place have subscribed 535 dollars, which they offer as a 
reward for the discovery and apprehension of those concerned in the murder.
