Coomes, Francis  (Combs, )        Pen. 91            1786-1789
Caroline County


I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that Francis Combs, about 30 
years of age, late a private in the 10th Virginia Regiment was disabled in such 
a manner while in the service of the United States as to entitle him to  the sum 
of fifteen pounds yearly, which allowance is accordingly made him , to commence 
from the 1st day of January 1786.  Given under my hand this 13th  day of June 
1786.
