James Gilleland, Surveyor of the Rode, for not keeping same in repair; also Simon Gillespie, Surveyor of the Road. James Hanson, for threats against Aaron Silvers. May 12,1790. License granted John Haynes to retail goods in this State. License granted Mathew Harvey, Thomas King, John McCrery and Archibald Murry to retail goods in this State. May 15, 1790 Benjamin Rowe admitted Deputy Clerk of the County.
