James Leatherdale placed under bond for good behavior for 12 months and 1 day, Samuel Todd and Wm. Leatherdale securities. Wm. Davis placed under bond to keep the peace for 12 months and 1 day, Jacob Carper and James Gillis securities. Certified that James Ewing is father and heir at law of Edward Ewing, Corporal in the Regular Service killed at Buford's defeat in Carolina. Josiah Martin, Gentleman, appointed to take list of all white persons in each family within the bounds of his own Company of Militia, also number of buildings, and return alphabetical list to the Clerk on or before March 1st, next. Samuel Eason same in his own and Goodson's Company of Militia. James Barnett same in his own Company. Wm. Walton same in Lewis' Company. Wm. Neelly same in Capt. Jas. Neelly's Company.
