To all ye Know ye that for divers good causes and considerations but more especially for and in consideration of good and lawful money for our use paid to our Receiver General of our Revenues in this our Colony of Dominion of Virginia We Have given granted and confirmed and by these presents for us our heirs and successors Do give grant and confirm unto James ROBINSON one certain Tract or parcel of Land containing fifty acres lying and being in the County of ! Augusta on the waters of Roanoke and bounded as followeth, to wit, Beginning at two white oaks corner to Edward McDONALD's Land and thence with a line of the said ROBINSON's Patented Land South twenty five degrees West one hundred and twenty four poles to two black oaks in a line of David ROBINSON's Land and with the same East one hundred and forty poles to two black and one white oak saplins corner to the said McDONALD's Land and with his line North thirty eight Degrees West one hundred and forty four poles to the beginning.
