 "I Aaron Bush of the county of Greenup and the state of Kentucky do make
and
 publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following
(towit)

 1st is my will and desire that immediately after my decease that all my
just
 debts be paid and that the sum of one dollar and twenty cents be equally
 divided among my brothers and sisters if living and if dead then to their
 legal heirs that is to Edmund ten cents, James ten cents, John ten cents,
 Joseph ten cents, Margaret ten cents, Polly ten cents, Elizabeth ten
cents,
 Gerry ten cents, Meredith ten cents, Nathan ten cents, Juda ten cents and
 George ten cents, thus having provided for all my brothers and sisters
 according to my own will and desire I now proceed to dispose of the
remaining
 of my estate both real and personal and accordingly.  It is my will and ?
my
 beloved wife be and is hereby constituted the sole heir of all the
remainder
 of my estate both real and personal during her natural life time and at
her
 death it is my will and desire that Isaac Johnson be and he is hereby
 constituted the sole heir of the said remainder of my estate if living and
 acts the part of a dutiful and affectionate child in providing for and
 administering the necessary comforts of life to both or ? of us and should
it
 please almighty G-d to cause the death of the said Isaac Johnson during
the
 lifetime of my said wife then and that case she is constituted and
appointed
 my sole heir and it is my will and desire that she dispose of the same at
her
 death by will in testimony when I have ? set my hand and affixed my seal
this
 21st day of Aug 1857 ? (murelyn?), revoking all other wills and publish
this
 as my only true and valid will and testament,

 This will was produced in court before the clerk of the county court of
 Greenup Co., Kentucky and was certified on the first day of  April 1872.
