Our family moved our mother and grandmother to San Angelo the last two years of her life because she was no longer able to care for herself. She was a fighter and never wanted to leave her home. We had to do this for her even though it was against her will. She ended life with the most caring, supportive and wonderful family that any mother or grandmother could have hoped for. Thank you, Meadow Creek nurses and staff, for all the love, patience and unselfish friendship that you all so willingly give to your family of patients. You have all been a blessing from God, especially Blossom Muncey, an angel here on Earth. God bless all of you for the tireless jobs you do. Mrs. Rabb and Ms. Alvie, you run a wonderful place with special people taking care of those who can no longer take care of themselves. Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
