Marks Berry, J.B. Swafford, John Mayfield and Allen Marksburg of Johnson County,
were arrested by Jasper Ozee, of Precinct No. 7, with a writ from Comanche
county, charged with killed J.G. Dixon on 14th, inst. They were sent back to
Comanche county for trial.
