My Uncle was delivered by a Mid-Wife who never made it be known to the 
hospital she worked for that a child was born.  My uncle does have a social 
security #.  And a Certificate of Baptism.  My Uncle's father, my grandfather 
worked for Cheverolet in Goliad, TX.  I will continue my search to find proof 
and verification that my uncle is a US citizen. I would be most appreciated 
and thankful for all your help in locating any information that would lead to 
granting my uncle's citizenship.  Thank you, Helen
