Wilson Chapel (Teague) Wilson Chapel was located about a half mile southwest of Teague, next to Grayson Chapel. About a quarter mile to the east was Brewer Church, site of the old Brewer community prior to the development of Teague. The area is drained by Holman Creek. ------------------------------------------------- Wilson Chapel (Donie) Wilson Chapel was located about three miles southwest of Donie in the southwest corner of Freestone County. At Wilson Chapel a church was organized by 1887, and the school had an enrollment of thirty-eight in 1899. Students of the area were moved to Donie after the local school closed. In the 1930s and through the 1960s the community had a church, a cemetery, and scattered dwellings. By the late 1980s, the church and cemetery still remained at the site.
