DIED, in Freestone county, of acute paraylsis, Mr. Wm. S. Gibbons, on 
September 18th, 1885, at the residence of his uncle, Mr. J.B. Casey, after a
comparatively painless illness of about twenty days.  Mr. Gibbons was an
energetic economical young man of quite exemplary habits, and in his loss his
aged and afflicted father has our sympathy in this bereavement.
