Earl Cantrell

Earl (Runt) Cantrell, 69, went home to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, in a
Tyler Hospice.

Graveside services will be conducted this afternoon at 3 o'clock in Wortham
Cemetery, with the Rev. Bill Wright, Sr., officiating. Porter Funeral
Home-Mexia is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Cantrell, born Oct. 15, 1933, in Corsicana to Walter Dow and Margie
Cantrell, lived in Terrell, and had resided in Tyler until three years ago. He
was a retired heavy equipment mechanic with the City of Dallas.

Surviving are a son, Walter Earl Cantrell and wife Carol of Chandler; two
brothers, Tommy Walter Cantrell of Corsicana and Marvin Elroy Cantrell of
Garland; a sister, Trudy Sutton and husband Olen of Balch Springs.
