  MEXIA (Sp.) - Services for Randolph Bonner Best, 46, will be held Wednesday 
at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mexia City 
Cemetery. Best died Sunday night in the Veterans Hospital in Marlin. He was a 
Mexia rancher. 
   Among the survivors is a son, Randy Best of Dallas.
