M. BARGER Only Apr. 10, our beloved uncle said goodbye to those near and dear to him and lay back on his pillow and closed his eyes in death. Uncle Will was born in Tennessee Apr. 5, 1865. On Dec. 15, 1893 he was happily married to Miss Willie HORTON. The writer visited in their home oh so many times and never a cross word was spoken between them. Oh it was so hard for the loves to give him up; he was such a good man. Don't suppose he had an enemy. Was always ready to do anything on earth to please his loving companion. Oh how she will miss him, but rest assured dear Auntie that some sweet day you will meet him where sad parting comes no more. He was so ready and willing to go, we know he is in heaven. He was a member of the Ward Prairie Church for many years. All that medical skill and loving care prolonged his life but could not save him. Sunday afternoon saw him buried among the kindly trees in the Fairfield Cemetery near his home at Fairfield. There hundreds had symbols to pay him their last respect. Eld. H. L. MCKISSICK conducted the services. Pallbearers were Fred and Rob HORTON, Mitchell, Edgar and Emmitt BARGER, and Lester BEN. He leaves to mourn his loss, a wife, one brother and other relatives. May God's riches blessings be with them all. One who loved him.
