[Editor Notes - Dittos changed to repeated value.  Fractional years are infants 
where 3/12 is 3 mths old. Diseases were abbreviated by the original transcriber 
such as Sc. Fev. (scarlet fever) and Child B. (child birth). Cause of Death 
was marked "Not. K." for not known by the original transcriber.  Cause of Death
of "Nmonia" and "NewMon" was Pneumonia.  The "|" symbol is the column indicator.]
