THOMAS, 63, for 11 years an employee of IGN Paint shop, was found dead in bed early Friday Morning at his home, five miles from Palestine on the Elkhart Highway.... Death was attributed to a heart attack. The funeral cortege will leave Bailey Undertaking CO. at 1 p.m. Saturday and services will be held at 2 p.m. at Grapeland..... Survivors are his wife; Two daughters, Miss Dorothy Thomas of Houston and Mrs. Earl Cloud of Palestine; Four sons, COL. Sergeant John Thomas of Las Angeles, James, Charles and Haggar Thomas, all of Houston; One brother, J. B. Thomas of Grapeland.
