Elizabeth Carroll et al vs Mary E. Carroll

In this case it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that defendant
Mary E. Carroll is a minor under the age of 21 years and has no
regular guardian before this court.  It is therefore ordered and decreed
by the Court that T.J. Carthel, Atty be appointed Guardian
ad litum for her to defend her rights and interest in this case
