Charles Carroll was this day appointed Administrator of the Estate of John
W. Carroll deceased, and thereupon the said Charles Carroll [                 ]
[        ] bond in the sum of One Thousand dollars with W. S. Halliburton
and W. J. Carroll his securities, which was duly acknowledged in 
open court, received by the court and [                                       ]
and the said Charles Carroll took the [                       ] by law and
the court doth [             ] that letters of Administration [               ].
