Contributed to The USGenWeb Archives by: Javan Michael DeLoach (javan@paonline.com) 09 Feb 1999 ---------------------------------------- Contributor's Note: This is the Marriage Certificate of William Elliot DeLoache and Rebecca R. Workman. William was the son of Redding Cannon DeLoach and Esther D. Patterson. It is interesting to note that Redding C. DeLoach spelled his name without the "e" on the end. It appears that his son William was the first to start using the DeLoache variant spelling. Rebecca R. Workman was the daughter of William Workman, Sr. and Sarah Y. Jenkins. This certifies that the rite of marriage was celebrated between W.E. DeLoache of Barnwell, S.C. and R.R. Workman of Camden, S.C. on October 20th, 1868 at Camden, S.C. by Rev. Jas. J. Workman of the "South Carolina Conf", M E C South. Witness W.L. DePass Witness W.C.
