I Will that all my just debts be paid of my estate. I give unto Martha Bussey my sister my negro girl Sharlotte. I also give unto my brother Micajah Bussey my negro boy Hale. I also give unto John Boyd in trust for my sister Winford Williams seven hundred dollars to be raised out of my Estate and by him to be to intrust said out in all negro or land as he shall think best for her and to be enjoyed by her during her life and at her death any remaining part to be Equally divided among all her surviving children. I will that the balance of my Estate be divided equally among my said Brother and Sisters and I appoint John Boyd to be Exec. of this my last Will and Testament. Witness my hand 15th? August 1817. Boyd Memorandum the same day and written 2 or 3 hours after the within will was made the within named Wade Bussey said to John Boyd Exec., Uncle you must 1st let Aunt Ann have twenty or thirty dollars of my money to help her along or words to that effect and died the 14th. Inst this note made 15 Aug. 1817 the day he was buried. Proved by the oath of Henry K. Boyd witness to the within the 14th day of March 1818 same time Qualified John Boyd as Exec. to the written. M.
