All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.org/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Gore City Cemetery--Gore Ok Sunday, February 26, 2006 BISHOP, ETHEL GENEVA MORTON, Funeral services for Ethel Geneva MORTON BISHOP, 86, of San Antonio, are being held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Lakeroad Church of Christ in Gore, with Bro. John Hollingsworth officiating. Burial is in Gore City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Gore. Mrs. BISHOP was born June 18, 1919, in Pottsville, Ark., to Henry Franklin MORTON and Minnie Ethel (MATTHEWS) MORTON. She died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2006, in San Antonio. Mrs. BISHOP was a teacher at Carlisle school and in Washington State. She was a graduate of Vian High School and received her Bachelors and Masters from N.S.U. in Tahlequah. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters, Sara HOLLINGSWORTH of San Antonio and Wilma Louise REDECKER of Plano, Texas; two sons, Eugene BISHOP of Arizona and Stephen BISHOP of Quilcene, Wash.; six grandchildren, Geneva and Jonathan Yoder, Elizabeth, Megan, Evan and Christopher HOLLINGSWORTH; one great-granddaughter, Ashton WELLS; one sister, Lois HUDGINS of Stilwell; four brothers, Leland MORTON of Twinsburg, Ohio, Don MORTON of Gore, Dan MORTON of Tahlequah and James MORTON of Centenial, Colo.; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are Jonathan Yoder, James H.
