He was born April, 18, 1997, in Sherman, TX, to Rita Carpenter and Scott Pylant. Hunter loved hunting, fishing, football and baseball. He was an honor student at Panama Grade School and would have entered the fourth grade in the fall. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Skyla Simone Carpenter Pylant and Ravin Dawn Carpenter Byrd, and maternal grandfather, Bobby Carpenter. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Rita and Donald Byrd; father Scott Pylant of Terrell, TX; two sisters, Adryanna Carpenter-Stover and Abby Gayle Garland, maternal grandmother, Lee Carpenter of Puyallup, WA; paternal grandmother, Faye Thomas; paternal grandfather, Roy Pylant of Dennison, TX as well as many other family and friends and loved ones. Pallbearers will be James, Burks, Charles Burks, Adam Smith, Ricky Fowler, Chad Dyer and Kevin "Levi" Bro "Levi" Brothers. Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 1, 2006, at the Assembly Of God Church, Panama, OK, with the Rev. Brian Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery in Cameron, OK. Family will meet with friends Friday evening from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
