L. A. BROWN, 88, was found dead about 7:30 o'clock Tuesday evening in
his apartment in the GILMOUR building.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of the
SMITH Funeral home, with Rev. R. A. ANDERSON officiating. Interment
will be made in the IOOF cemetery at Marshall.

Mr. BROWN was born Oct. 10, 1867, in Kansas. He had resided in
Kingfisher for many years.

Survivors include four daughters, one son, a sister, and others.
