Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Jason Stidham officiating. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park by Price-Jackson Funeral Home. Mr. Duncan was born Aug. 14, 1936, in Clarksville. He had lived in Vernon the past 10 years. Survivors include four sons, James Duncan of Altus, Okla., and Bobby Duncan, Robert Duncan and Danny Duncan, all of Quanah; two daughters, Peggy Whitley of Quanah and Ann Wade of Pampa; six sisters, Barbara Ligon of Flower Mound, Francis Griffith and June Duncan, both of Quanah, Joyce Lacik of Oklahoma City, Joan Kurkendauhl of Bowie and Inez Cambell of Vernell, Utah; and 13 grandchildren.
