All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.org/copyright.htm ========================================================================== The Chickasha Express-Star April 2006 DILLS CELEBRATE 65TH ANNIVERSARY Lois [Otey] Dill and Bill Dill recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with fellow parishioners at First Presbyterian Church in Chickasha. The Dills' were married on April 2, 1941 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They lived in Santa Monica, working as Welders at Kaiser Permanente Shipyard in Richmond, CA during the war years. They helped build Liberty Ships. They moved to Chickasha in 1949. They owned and operated the Phillips Station at 4th and Colorado from August 1950 until December 1977. Bill is a charter member of the Elks Lodge #2125, a Master Mason, receiving a 50 year award in 1995.
