He was born November 6, 1933, in Guthrie, Oklahoma and died January 14, 2003, in Rancho Cucamonga. He lived in the Riverside and San Bernardino counties for a total of 34 years. Also serving in the Army from 1958-1960 1st LT. Survivors include his wife, Barbara of the home; Daughters: Valerie Randall of Anaheim Hills, Ca, Patti Cazares of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Leslie Skinner of Thousand Oaks, CA, and Son; Douglas Skinner of Coarsegold, CA; Brothers: Leon Skinner and Norman Skinner both of Oklahoma City, T. J. Skinner of Wylie, Texas and James Skinner of Alvin, TX; Sisters: Aliene Hartline of Chickasha and Dorothy Wilson of Crescent, OK and Donna Trompler of Gravismills, Missouri and 9 Grandchildren.
