Cecilia Ann Smith was born December 16, 1944, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Cecil Raymond and Thelma Gladys (Thompson) Runyon and died Sunday, November 11, 2001, in Lawton, Oklahoma. She has lived in Chickasha all of her life. Cecilia Ann Smith was preceded in death by: her mother, Thelma McHugh, and husband, Alvie Virgil Patterson. She is survived by: 2 daughters: Sheila Shuler of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Jeannie Van Dell of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 1 son: Sonny Smith of Chickasha; 8 grandchildren. Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
