Carrell Still, pastor, will officiate. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. She was a resident of Roseville, Calif., formerly of Goltry. Alpha I. Baker Jr. Buffalo - A graveside service for Alpha Irving "Al" Baker Jr., 81, will be 10 a.m. Monday in High Point Cemetery. The Rev. Gary Williams will officiate. Arrangements are by Myatt Funeral Home. He was born June 17, 1921, in Guthrie to Alpha Irving Sr. and Vera Andres Baker and died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, Enid. He graduated from Boise City High School in 1939 and attended two years at Oklahoma State University and two years at the University of Oklahoma. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and was a pilot trainer. He earned the rank of first lieutenant. He worked for Baker Implement of Buffalo and in insurance and banking, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Buffalo, St. Peter's Catholic Church of Guymon, Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce in Buffalo and Knights of Columbus at Guymon. On Aug. 30, 1943, he married Lorraine Bernice Davin at Stockton, Calif. Surviving are his wife, Lorraine; one son, Douglas Davin Baker of Buffalo; two daughters, Cherie Madzey of Apache Junction, Ariz., and Teresa Litz of Edmond; one brother, Robert of Apache Junction; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Roy W. Martin Mooreland - Mass of Christian Burial for Roy Willis Martin, 82, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Peters Catholic Church, Woodward. The Rev. Ed Menasco is celebrant. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Mooreland. Recitation of Rosary will be 7 p.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Mooreland. Arrangements are by Billings Funeral Home, Mooreland. He was born June 12, 1920, in Buffalo, Kan., to Reuben Leroy and Hannah Victoria Willis Martin and died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at his home in Mooreland. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 1937. In 1939 he worked in a large open market in Bell, Calif., where he learned the meat cutting trade. He entered the Army after Pearl Harbor and served as communication chief for "B" Battery, 95th Field Artillery Battalion, 5th Armored Division, in Europe during World War II. He was wounded in action Aug. 15, 1944, returning to his division on Aug. 29. He served five major campaigns and earned numerous awards. On June 7, 1945, he married Mary Anita Schnoebelen. He was honorably discharged Aug. 5, 1945, then worked as a meat cutter for Safeway for two years in Woodward, for Gerald Carman as meat market manger for two years and as owner and manager of Martin's Market until April 1951. He became supply officer at Western State Hospital in Fort Supply for nine years. He was personnel director until 1964, then business administrator. He resigned in March 1965 and joined the postal department as rural carrier on Route 1 in Mooreland. He retired in January 1985. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church i Mooreland and had served as president of Mooreland Hospital Association, president of Lions Club, vice president of Golden Age Center and on church and City Zoning Commission boards. Surviving are his wife, Mary of the home; one son, John of Pittsburg, Kan.,; six daughters, Rita Jo Clark of Mooreland, Carol Pauly of Conway Springs, Kan., Patty Martin of Billings, Annette Strunk of Mooreland, Paulette Patterson of Oklahoma City, Nikki Carder of Weatherford; one sister, Floreine Crumrine of Shawnee, Kan.; 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister and one grandson. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the church. Irven A. Ogden Jr. The funeral for Irven A. Ogden Jr., 67, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Willow View United Methodist Church. The Revs. Rick Marian and John McLemore will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. He was born Feb. 10, 1935, to L. A. and Betty Howland Ogden and died Friday, Aug. 2, 202. He graduated from Enid High School in 1953 and was active in Garfield County 4-H livestock program, showing hogs in Kansas City Royal Livestock Show. He attended Oklahoma A&M College from 1953 to 1957, graduating with a bachelor's degree in animal husbandry. He was a member of Block and Bridle. He served in the Army from 1957 to 1959 at Fort Riley, Kan., in the dental detachment. In 1962, he married Marilyn Williams. He sold various brands of implement in the Enid area and served in Air Force Reserves until 1964. He worked for Northern Equipment from 1969 to 1980, then established Irv's Construction. He continued to work and invest in the oil industry. He was active on Enid High School Class of 1953 Reunion Committee, Enid Sunrise Lions Club, Boy Scouts, Masonic Lodge No. 501, American Legion, Oklahoma State University Alumni Assocation and a life-member of OSU Foundation. Surviving are his wife, Marily of the home; two daughters, Abbi and Janna, both of Enid; two sons, Irven III of Fairview and William of Stillwater; one brother, Thomas of Warrensburg, Mo.; and two grandchildren. Memorial may be made through the funeral home to charity of donor's choice. Zebrick S. Camacho Woodward - A graveside service for Zebrick Salvador Camacho, infant son of Salvador and Amber Karpe Camacho, will be 10 a.m. Monday in Curtis Cemetery. The Rev. Ed Dowty will officiate. Arrangements are by Billings Funeral Home. He died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at Woodward Regional Hospital. Besides his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents Rhonda Karpe and Richard Karpe; maternal great-grandmother, Delores Gonser; maternal great-great grandmother, Fay Horn; maternal great-great-grandparents, Helen and Albert Fearn; and paternal grandparents, Manuel and Enedina Camacho. He was preceded in death by great-grandfather, Ronald Gonser. Max Utt Shattuck - A graveside service for Max Ernest Utt, 74, will be 10 a.m. Monday in Seventh-day Adventist Cemetery. Rex Shores, pastor, will officiate. Arrangements are by Johnson's Good Samaritan Funeral Service. He was born Jan. 5, 1928, in Bloomsburg, Pa., to Earl and Ruth Kline Utt and died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at the Medical Center of Arlington, Arlington, Texas. He grew up in Eyersgrove, Pa., later moving to millville where he graduated from high school in 1946. He enlisted into the Navy and served in Panama. After his discharge in 1947, he wwent to Chicago, and was employed as a fireman with Santa Fe Railroad. He later moved to Amarillo, Texas. On Feb. 5, 1950, he married Juanita Rauh at Shattuck. He continued to work for Santa Fe Railroad at the Shattuck branch. In 1954, they moved to Amarillo. He was promoted to locomotive engineer, retiring in 1991 after 43 years of service. They moved to Kennedale, Texas, in 1995. He was active in Seventh-day Adventist Church and Dorcus Community Service Organization. Surviving are his wife, Juanita of the home; one daughter, Sharon Solomon of Arlington; two sons, Darrell of Binghamton, N. Y., and Duane of Arlington; two brothers, David of Bloomsburg, Pa., and Harold of Millville, Pa.; two sisters, Jane Matash of Berwick, Pa., and Madeline Harner of Orangeville, Pa.; and four grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Dorcus Community Services Organization of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Glen D. Catlett The funeral for Glen D. Catlett, 62, will be Monday, August 5, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Fleig officiating. The burial will be at Tate Mountain, Wewoka at 4 p.m. He was born April 14, 1940 to Luther and Birtie Self Catlett in Wewoka and died Aug. 1, 2002 at St. Mary's Hospital, Enid. Glen loved to talk to people. He was a friend to everyone who knew him. As a young adult, he worked in the M&P and Jackson grocery stores in Wewoka. In the sixties, Glen worked in several oilfields across the state of Oklahoma until 1967, at which time he went to work at Vance Air Force Base for Serve-Air and later for Northrop working several jobs from mechanic's helper to aircraft inspector until 1997, when he retired due to ill health. Glen is survived by his wife, Nellie, whom he married on March 12, 1982. He is also survived by one sister, Leoma Davidson and one sister-in-law, Betty Catlett of Wewoka; one son, Craig of Tulsa; two step-daughters; Sonya Wichert and Gwen Tidball; eight grandchildren; Pamela, Amanda and Job Catlett of Disney, OK; Kristi, Brittany and Braandon Wichert; Kyle Harper and Skye Tidball of Enid. Glen was preceded ind eath by one son, Christopher, his parents and two brothers: Doyle and Hoyt Catlett.
