BOSS, CHILD
(2 Feb 1905, Erick Enterprise, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
The fifteen months old child of J. C. Boss of Oktaha was fatally burned at
the family home.  The child had been left in front of an open fire place
by its mother, who had gone from the room for a few moments.  She returned
to find the child enveloped in flames, being burned so badly that it died
within a few hours.
(Note:  Oktaha still exists in Muskogee Co, Oklahoma (8/2007)).
