She was the daughter of J. A. and Mary M. Stewart. She professed a hope in Jesus about the year 1906 and united with the primitive Baptist church in 1908. She was united in marriage to T. M. Teague on February 11, 1906. To this union were born twelve children, the little twin girls being seven days old at their mother's death. She leaves to mourn her aged mother and father, one dear loving sister, six brothers, her dear husband and loving children, who will miss their mother so much. Funeral services were conducted by her assistant pastor, Elder Walter Fuchs, and were attended by a large number of friends and relatives, brethren and sisters, and all the bereaved ones. (Buried Buffalo Cemetery.) One of the little babes passed away a few days after the death of her mother at the family home in Panhandle, Texas, and was laid to rest in the Buffalo cemetery. The bereaved family has our sincere sympathy in this sad hour and may God bless and give them grace to say thy will be done in all things and at all times. --------------------------------------------------- Return to Beckham County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.org/ok/beckham/beckham.html
