BRADLEY, MARY J.
(4 Mar 1926, Thursday, The Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. M. C. Bradley, a pioneer resident of the section south of Prentiss,
died on Thursday afternoon last after a long illness.  Funeral services
were held from the Catholic church at Elk City on Monday forenoon and was
very largely attended by friends and neighbors.  Interment was in the
Catholic Cemetery at Elk City.
Mrs. Bradley was born in Ireland, March 17, 1866, was married there and
came to this country in 1885, ---- (too dark to read); later moving to
Missouri, and in 1900 coming to the farm northwest of this city, upon
which she has since lived.
She leaves besides her husband one son, Don, a second son having died a
few years ago.
Mrs. Bradley was a lady who had gained a very wide acquaintance in this
section during her long residence and was very highly esteemed by all who
knew her.
