SHAY, FRANK
(6 Apr 1923, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Frank Shay died at his home near Ural, April 3, age 67 years.  Funeral
services were held at Ural with Grubitz and Son in charge.

OBITUARY
Frank Shay was born in Washington, Ill., May 29, 1854, and died April 3,
1923, age 68 years, 10 months and 5 days.  He was married to Miss Zerila
Young in 1877.  To this union were born eight children, five girls and
three boys, five of the children preceding the father.  Besides the
immediate family there remains two brothers and one sister, who live near
Lincoln, Ill., to mourn his loss.
The deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved ones.
He was buried at Ural cemetery in the presence of the relatives and
friends.  Rev. Lemmex spoke words of consolation and comfort to the loved
ones.
