The woman, Lera MARSHALL, about 40 years old, who lived in the Lincoln Park section for a short time and had been living near Canute, was found by Cecil RALPH and Fount HUDGENS. An investigation was conducted by County Attorney Neville GILLUM, Sheriff Earl FRANCIS and Police Chief W. A. SHOPE. The autopsy was performed by Dr. V. C. TISDAL and death as a result of freezing was given. There was no evidence of violence. Residents of Lincoln Park said she had been drinking Tuesday night. She came here a few weeks ago from Arizona with her husband, Pete MARSHALL, who is receiving treatment in a Clinton hospital. Note: Burial at Evergreen Cemetery
