(3 Dec 1929, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK): GUY SERVIES ARE HELD TODAY. Funeral services were held for Mrs. W. W. Guy at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the Ural church, with the Rev. C. S. Moad, pastor of the Church of God, officiating. Mrs. Guy died in this city Monday, December 2, after a short illness. She was born March 1, 1889, in Tennessee, where she lived until she was married. She became a member of the First Baptist Church when seventeen years of age. Mrs. Guy lived in Elk City four years prior to moving to Perryton, Texas, several months ago with her family. Surviving Mrs. Guy are her husband, W. W. Guy, two daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Bonneau, of this city; Mrs. Nellie Plemmons, of Perryton, Texas; and four sons, Raymond Nelson of Elk City, and George Nelson, J. C.
