                        "DEATHS AND FUNERALS.  COKONOUGHER.
            Dolla Smith Cokonougher, 79, 340 Mirabeau st., Greenfield, died 3 
p.m. Wednesday at Holmes Hospital, Cincinnati.  She had been ill three months.
            Born July 14, 1897, in Mason County, W. Va., she was the daughter 
of Frank and Lucinda Davis Smith.
            Her husband, Harvey J. Cokonougher, died May 18, 1968.
            Surviving are two sons, Jay, Greenfield, and Herman, Frankfort; 
four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Eva) Lyle, Hamilton; Mrs. Robert (Ethel) Haines, 
East Monroe; Mrs. William (Genevieve) Van Allen, Columbus, and Mrs. Forest 
(Isabel) Post, Greenfield; 22 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; two 
brothers, Henry Smith, South Salem, and Arthur Smith, Lyndon Rt. 1, and a 
sister, Mrs. Bryan (Ollie) Wisecup, Lyndon Rt. 1.
            A daughter, three brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
            Funeral service for Mrs. Cokonougher will be held 1 p.m. Saturday 
at Murray's Funeral Home, Greenfield.  Rev. Estell Kauffman will officiate and 
burial will be in South Salem Cemetery.
           Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home."
