In researching family history, I came across several handwritten family tree
layouts that are very interesting.   The following little passage is written
on one of the pages (I believe this would be my great, great grandfather on
my mother's side):
        Stephen Edwards (from Welch stock)  married Serah Rainier (from
English stock)
        They settled on a homestead which later was in the city of Columbus,
Ohio.
